What is included in every plan?
CRM, Invoices, Services, Tasks, AI Discovery are included in every plan. Plans differ only in team members, monthly invoices, total contacts and storage limits. Other modules are add-ons.
What are add-ons and do they have a trial?
Add-ons are optional paid features you can switch on with any plan, including the free Starter plan. Yes, each has a 14-day free trial.
What happens at the Starter invoice limit?
The 31st invoice in a month isn't created until you upgrade or the month rolls over.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or remove add-ons anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or remove add-ons anytime. Downgrades are allowed when your usage fits the lower plan. Manage your plan and add-ons in Billing inside your workspace.
Can I use a coupon?
Yes, at plan selection.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are per month and exclude VAT.
What if I cancel?
Paid features stop, no data is deleted, and you can resubscribe anytime.
